From May 14 to 16, 2019, Mauritius welcomed some 120 delegates from East and Southern Africa as part of the first ACP Private Sector Information, Knowledge Sharing and Networking event. At the opening ceremony, the Minister of Public Infrastructure, Transport, Foreign Affairs, Regional Integration and International Trade of the Republic of Mauritius, H.E. Nandcoomar Bodha, stated: “We have always wanted in Mauritius that the private sector is the spearhead of economic activities and that the government plays a facilitating role. »
