The Organisation of African, Caribbean and Pacific States (OACPS) is pleased to announce that it has recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Invest India. Under the terms of the MoU, which was signed by OACPS Secretary General, Mr. Georges Rebelo Pinto Chikoti and Invest India Interim CEO Ms. Manmeet Nanda, Invest India will provide capacity-building training to Investment Promotion Agencies (IPAs) of OACPS Member Countries.
The virtual training programme is expected to commence in September 2023 and is designed to improve the ability of OACPS IPAs to attract both Foreign and National Direct Investment. This new cooperation is aligned with the OACPS Strategic Objective to create and enhance international partnerships whilst improving its visibility internationally.
